You may have had pepper jelly before, but none compare to the taste of ours. It's like a great margarita with a kick. We use real Mexican Tequila, real lime juice and freshly chopped habanera peppers (a little orange-y, a lotta a spicy!) Jump start your day by spreading on toast or bagels, add to chicken salad, pan-seared shrimp or scallops, grilled fish, steamed salmon, or simply stir it up with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips; pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers. This jelly will turn a quiet dish into something to talk about!
