d'Vine Gourmet can ship most all our products anywhere in the continental United States; for shipping to Alaska & Hawaii or outside the US, please call us at (480)275-5320.
All items containing wine or beer will require an adult signature; all other gifts may be left at an unanswered door at the discretion of UPS.
d'Vine Gourmet is not responsible for any items delivered by UPS that are removed from the address by someone other than the actual recipient or that were delivered to an incorrect address; we are unable to replace items that were lost or damaged by anyone other than us or the delivery agent.
Note: items lost/damaged by us or our delivery agent are eligible for replacement, please see our returns section for further details.
Delivery to a PO/AFO Box will incur an additional $12 fee
Local Delivery in Chandler and surrounding areas Monday - Friday during normal business hours; simply enter the zip code into the shipping estimate field of your shopping cart to check what options are available.

- Orders placed by 10am MST Tuesday-Friday will ship/deliver the same day or following business day unless you tell us otherwise in the "notes" section; we will try our best to accomodate specific arrival dates when possible. Not w We are currently in the process of updating our shipping software to allow greater flexibility for shipping your gifts.
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
- Hot Weather Shipping (above 90 degrees) will be charged an additional $3 per box on ground transportation for ice packs. We do NOT guarantee the ice packs will keep your order cool past 24 hours; for delicate orders please choose 2nd day shipping.
- Wine shipments require an adult signature upon reciept and have a signing fee (imposed by UPS) already included in the price. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned and charged a 20% rewrapping/restocking fee.
- Any gifts damaged during the shipment must be reported to d'Vine Gourmet within 3 days of arrival; a picture of the damaged packaging IS REQUIRED for us to process a claim with UPS.
- In order to send gifts in a timely manner with only the freshest products, occasionally substitutions of equal or greater value may occur. Please let us know if this is not okay, otherwise our designers will make their best subtitiutions.
