d'Vine Gourmet can ship almost all of our products almost anywhere in the world! (please see exceptions/exclusions below).
All items containing wine or beer an adult signature; all other gifts may be left at an unanswered door at the discretion of FedEx.
d'Vine Gourmet is not responsible for any items delivered by FedEx that are removed from the address by someone other than the recipient.
** FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we require a firm address **
We offer local delivery in chandler and surrounding areas (see map below) Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Simple enter the zip code into the shipping estimate field of your shopping cart to check what options are available to you!
- Orders placed by 10am MST Tuesday-Friday should ship or deliver the same day, otherwise
should ship/deliver the following business day. We are currently in the process of updating our shipping software to allow greater flexibility for shipping your gifts. In the meantime, please leave special requests in the "notes" section at checkout.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
- Wine shipments require an adult signature upon reciept and have a signing fee (imposed by FedEx) already included in the price. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned. Any returned gift baskets are subject to a 20% rewrapping fee.
- Summer shipping (4/1 - 10/1) will incur a $3 per box charge for ice packs. Please note that gifts are not shipped on Friday's during this period.
- Any gifts damaged during the shipment must be reported to d'Vine Gourmet within 3 days of arrival. Please take a picture of the damaged packaging, as the damaged order may only be replaced if FedEx approves the claim.
- In order to send gifts in a timely manner with only the freshest products, occasionally substitutions of equal or greater value may occur. Please let us know if this is not okay, otherwise our designers will make their best subtitiutions.
