Pizza! Easy, delicious, and universally loved! These stuffed pizza bites have been a staple of all of my get-togethers for the past year or so. Other than the fact that they're easy to make, they're easy to eat, too! Mamma Letizia's Italian Marinara Gravy (it's really just a really good pizza/pasta sauce), is a must for me; my son even asks me to shake it up a bit and use the Mamma Letizia's Spicy Italian Marinara, for just an added kick! I actually like making my own pizza dough, but I love getting the pre-made biscuit dough from the grocery store when I just need something faster.
Enjoy, and Happy Cooking!

Instructions: Start by cutting your block of cheese into at least 28 squares. Then flatten a biscuit dough and place cheese and pepperoni in the center, rolling the edges to cover. Repeat this process for the rest of the biscuits, then place them in a greased 9 x 13inch pan. In a separate bowl, beat an egg to brush over the biscuits. Then sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Bake them at 425° F for 18 - 20 minutes. While baking, we suggest heating up a cup of “Mama Letizia’s Pizzaioli Gravy” for dipping. Enjoy!
