champagne honey mustard with prickly pear
We tasted this mustard at a farmer's market in Green Valley in March and just loved it so bought a 3 oz jar. We live in Oregon and so when the little jar was empty we ordered larger jars of it. It is smooth, the sharpness is tempered, and it is flavorful. It is more complex than most mustards I've tasted, and truly delightful. Hopefully these jars will last us until we're back in Arizona next year.
