As part of Big Red's 10 year anniversary, the AZ Cajun is a tribute to the south where hot sauce as we know it got it's start. This Louisiana style flavor is vinegar based, but we didn't stop there. This is a well rounded balanced flavor. You'll taste the onion, garlic, and a hint of Bay Leaf.
