Available Positions: 

 

The following positions are available for interviews immediately. Our Fulton Ranch location is currently open 6 days/week; our new location in historic downtown Chandler will be ready for training in about 6 weeks.

 

  • CANDY MAKER/CHOCOLATIER (downtown): Experience great but not necessary, we will train. Must have basic understanding of kitchen measurements and operations, general math skills and a keen attention to detail. Most candy shifts are 5-6 hours so the ability to stand/move for that length of time is required, as is ability to lift 30+ lbs. Must enjoy the process of making treats, have no nut allergies or sugar aversions...you'll have to taste your work!

  • SNACK/JELLY/MUSTARD MAKER (fulton ranch/downtown): Kitchen experience great but not necessary, we will train. Must have basic understanding of kitchen measurements and operations, math skills and a keen attention to detail. Most kitchen shifts are 5-6 hours so the ability to stand/move for that length of time is required, as is ability to lift 30+ lbs. Must enjoy the process of making our gourmet foods, have no nut allergies or sugar aversions...you'll have to taste your work!

  • CANDY WRAPPER/PACKAGER (downtown): Officially called "finisher", this position is mostly wrapping our caramels, chocolates and other treats, bagging and bowing, labeling, etc.  This is a fun, fast paced position, perfect for students; requires standing and wrapping, lifting 20+ pounds and sampling treats for quality control.

  • GIFT BASKET MAKER/WRAPPER (fulton ranch and downtown): Our "basketeers" design, make and beautify all the gifts that go out our door and online, its such a fun job! No experience necessary, we will train, but the ability to tie ribbon, decorate and work quickly with finesse is a must. Great position during the school day for stay home parents, for students or for side-hustlers; 4-6 hour shifts, must be able to multi-task and lift 20+ pounds, work well with others.

  • RETAIL ASSOCIATES (downtown): No experience necessary, but exemplary customer service and cheerful attitude are a must! Both full and part time positions available, our retail associates assist shoppers with their purchases and ensure the store is clean, stocked and beautiful.

  • ASST. RETAIL MANAGER (downtown): Full time position, some experience helpful; this position will supervise 'the floor', ensure associates have what they need to succeed and ensure the entire retail operations is flowing smoothly and correctly. This position will work closely with the management team; a great personality and 'can do' attitude are a must.

  • SHIPPING/DELIVERY COORDINATOR (downtown): This vital position will ensure all gifts are carefully and correctly packed for shipping or delivery, as well as help stock the store, coordinate inflow/outgo of orders, inventory, etc.
