Description
Give the gift of something uniquely Arizona! Now, we know that technically Prickly Pear Cacti grow all around the world, but it's native to North America. Specifically, it's native to the Sonoran Desert; in this area alone, there is a variety of 18 prickly pear species. All this to say, it's about as Southwestern as it gets.
What does prickly pear taste like? While most people will describe it as a fusion of watermelon and bubblegum, we actually describe it as being very similar to a purple Sweetart! Kind of grape-y, sweet, tangy, and delicious!
