Wine & Cheese have been holding hands for over a millennium and are often the cornerstones of their cultures.  Nowhere is this more evident than in Italy, Spain & France.  These countries have a broader selection of wine and cheese than the rest of the world put together.  However as American has also become a wine powerhouse we are making some of the best craft cheese going.  The innovation that is key to us is nowhere clearer that our rise of craft cheeses.  We will taste six different wines and a great selection of cheese.  Get your taste buds ready!
