If you've not yet tried some our great state's exceptional wines, you are missing out! Like any new wine-producing region, we just needed a little time and terroir to create a variety of wines that can stand against its competition all over the world... and we did it! Enjoy learning about and tasting red, white and rose wines from Arizona's three American Viticultural Areas (AVA): Sonoita, Willcox, and Verde Valley; each of these three areas represent a unique characteristic trait that will be fun to explore in the classroom and in your glass!  Our in-house Sommelier is one of the top Wine Educators in Arizona and is highly skilled at explaining and defining complex wine terms.
